Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process any damage claim, the following is required:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Without this information, we are unable to verify the issue and cannot proceed with a replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a partial refund

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
