Shipping policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Saturday. During the Ramadan/Eid season processing time may take up to 5 days due to the busy time of year. Standard shipping will arrive within 5-10 business days. During holidays, long weekends, etc. order processing and delivery can take 2-4 business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. We try our best to keep you updated immediately once you place an order with us!
Once a package has been handed over to the post office, we have little to no control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are ONLY estimations. Barakah Shops is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during high-volume periods, holidays, etc. Tracking info will always be available for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local courier.
Barakah Shops is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer (inaccurate address) or carrier's part. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
If an order applies for Free Shipping, standard shipping will be selected through either USPS (Ground Advantage or Media Mail if applicable) or UPS (Ground Saver)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order based on their country’s laws and regulations.
