1. Remove seal and wash

How to use:
1. Remove seal and wash
2. Trim one end, 1/2 inch with sharp knife.
3. Nibble it to form bristles
4. Clean your teeth side and side and up and down motion.
5. Rinse mouth with water.
6. After each use, wash Miswak and place in Miswak Holder.
7. When bristles get worn, repeat from Step 2.
